## Privacy: code and data you submit to Codemind

Last updated 10 October 2026.

What we process. When you or your agent submit a build, test or review, we receive and store the story, the acceptance criteria, any source files you include, and the code we generate, along with a verification report. If you connect a GitHub repository, we access that repository's contents to triage issues, run your tests, and open pull requests.

How we use it. We use this data only to provide the service to you: generating, verifying and delivering code, and reusing components you have already built. Your code and components are isolated to your account. They are never used for, or shown in, another customer's builds. We do not use your code to train AI models.

Subprocessors. Cloudflare (hosting, storage, code-execution sandboxes and AI model inference), Neureus (our AI gateway), GitHub (only if you connect a repository), Stripe (payments) and PostHog (website analytics).

Analytics. Where you allow it, or where local law doesn't require asking, we link your visit to your signed-in account using an opaque ID derived from your account. It contains no email or name. Otherwise, analytics is anonymous and cookieless. Analytics preferences (in every footer) withdraw consent.

Retention. We keep build data for the life of your account and delete it on request.

Your choices. You can request export or deletion of your data by writing to support@codemindhq.dev.
